1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StepZero (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service & Credits

StepZero provides AI-powered market validation and product blueprint generation. The Service operates on a Pay-As-You-Go "Credit" system.

• Credits are purchased via our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
• Unless required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy, purchased credits are non-refundable once they have been partially or fully consumed to generate market research or blueprints.
• We reserve the right to adjust the credit cost of specific features, though any changes will be clearly communicated in the user interface.
• Account Deletion & Forfeiture of Credits: You may delete your account at any time. However, because account deletion is permanent and irreversible, any unused credits remaining in your account at the time of deletion will be instantly forfeited. We cannot recover deleted accounts, restore lost blueprints, or issue refunds for credits lost due to voluntary account deletion.

3. Intellectual Property & Output Ownership

We believe builders should own what they build. You own 100% of the copyright, intellectual property, and commercial rights to the final outputs (Blueprints, PRDs, Landing Page Copy, GTM Strategies) generated by your use of StepZero. We claim no ownership over the business concepts you validate using our platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass our rate-limiting and security measures.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
• Share or resell your account access to third parties.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & No Success Guarantee

StepZero provides data-driven market signals, synthesized research, and strategic blueprints based on publicly available data, live search metrics (via providers like DataForSEO), and AI modeling. We do not guarantee business success, profitability, or specific financial outcomes. The decision to invest time or capital into a business idea generated by StepZero is entirely at your own risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StepZero and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or the business decisions you make based on the generated blueprints.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StepZero is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
